Here, you can expect an unrushed family doctor focused only on you during your 30- to 45-minute office visit. This allows enough time to cover all of your concerns and to develop a patient-doctor relationship that leads to better medical care. You can also schedule telemedicine visits when you’re at work, home, or out-of-town. We love the convenience of text and email, and no doubt, you do, too. For this reason, mail, text, and phone access are included in your membership.
Our normal working hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm and Wednesday, 8:00 am – 12:00 pm. In addition, we provide 24/7 medical access by phone, text, and email after hours.
After Hours and
If you are a member and need to reach your family doctor after hours for health concerns, call 704-663-7819. Our system will guide you to leave a message for non-urgent concerns, or connect with Dr. Weeks directly for more urgent issues. If you have an emergency, please dial 911 and get to a hospital immediately. Emergency situations include:
- Blunt trauma to the body or head
- Mental confusion
- Chest pain
- Suicidal or homicidal feelings
- Trouble breathing
- Difficulty speaking or recalling words
- Loss of consciousness
- Sudden vision changes
- Uncontrolled bleeding
- Persistent diarrhea or vomiting
Privacy and confidentiality of your personal healthcare information (PHI) are critical for our primary care practice and our patients. To ensure your PHI can only be accessed by authorized persons, we maintain strict privacy practices. Patient information never leaves our office without specific authorization by you, unless required by subpoena or warrant.
