Billing and Payment
To make payment easy, we securely store your credit card or debit card number for direct withdrawal from your credit or checking account. Each month, your membership fee drafts automatically. (Please note that we cannot accept cash payment for monthly membership fees but can accept cash for annual memberships and other fees.) You will also be automatically charged for any lab, medication or procedural fees not covered by membership. At this time, we do not accept personal checks but accept all credit cards and cash.
Blue Skies membership is not health insurance nor do we file insurance plans (including Medicare and Medicaid) for reimbursement. As a Direct Primary Care provider, our services are covered by membership costs and discounted fees for additional services rendered. It’s important to note that your Blue Skies membership will not cover hospitalization or treatment at other facilities, including specialty care practices. For that reason, we recommend pairing your membership with a wraparound insurance plan/catastrophic plan.
When you become a Blue Skies member, you will be billed a one-time, non-refundable enrollment fee of $100.00 per household. If you cancel your membership and then wish to re-enroll, you will be charged a $200 re-enrollment fee.
